Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Launch Co reserves the right to:
- Decline or cancel an order before production commences.
- Contact customers to clarify order details.
- Refuse artwork that is unlawful, offensive or infringes copyright or trademarks.
- Offer suitable alternatives where products become unavailable.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices may change without notice.
Quoted prices remain valid only for the period specified on the quotation.
Unless otherwise stated, prices include GST where applicable.
Product Information
Launch Co makes every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, colours and images are accurate.
However:
- Colours displayed on screens may vary from the finished product.
- Garment sizing varies between manufacturers.
- Minor production variations are considered normal within the printing industry.
Artwork
Customers are responsible for ensuring all supplied artwork is accurate and suitable for production.
By uploading artwork, you confirm that:
- You own the artwork or have permission to use it.
- The artwork does not infringe any copyright, trademark or intellectual property rights.
- Launch Co may reproduce the artwork solely for the purpose of completing your order.
Launch Co accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement relating to customer supplied artwork.
Artwork Approval
Where artwork approval is required, production will not commence until approval has been received.
Once artwork has been approved, Launch Co is not responsible for:
- Spelling or grammatical errors.
- Incorrect phone numbers or addresses.
- Approved colours.
- Approved artwork placement.
- Any other errors contained within the approved proof.
Customers should carefully review all artwork before approval.
Production Timeframes
Production timeframes provided on the website are estimates only.
Production may vary due to:
- Supplier availability.
- Artwork approval.
- Stock availability.
- Production workload.
- Public holidays.
- Courier delays.
Launch Co will make every reasonable effort to meet estimated timeframes but cannot guarantee completion by a specific date unless agreed in writing.
Shipping
Shipping is governed by the Launch Co Shipping Policy.
Risk passes to the customer once an order has been delivered by the freight carrier.
Local Pickup
Customers selecting Local Pickup will receive an email once their order is ready for collection.
Orders should not be collected until the Ready for Pickup notification has been received.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production commences.
Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
Where permitted by law, costs already incurred may be deducted from any applicable refund.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launch Co is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the supply of products.
Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
Customer information is collected and managed in accordance with the Launch Co Privacy Policy.
