Terms & Conditions

By submitting a quote request or placing an order with Launch Co. Branding, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Quote & Approval

All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Quotes are subject to change if project specifications are altered after submission. Production does not commence until the customer has approved the quote in writing and payment has been received in full.

2. Payment

Full payment is required before production begins. We accept payment via our secure online payment link. No order will enter production without confirmed payment.

3. Artwork & Files

Customers are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork in the correct format and resolution. Launch Co. is not liable for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution or incorrectly supplied files. Artwork approval is the customer's responsibility prior to production.

4. Colour Variation

Colours displayed on screen may vary from the finished printed or embroidered product due to differences in monitor calibration and production processes. Launch Co. does not guarantee exact colour matching unless a physical sample has been approved.

5. Production Times

Estimated production times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Launch Co. is not liable for delays caused by supplier lead times, artwork revisions, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on correctly produced orders. Cancellations must be requested before production begins. If production has commenced, cancellation fees may apply.

7. Liability

Launch Co.'s liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.
